Sparkling Orange Rosemary Water

A fizzy non-alcoholic cocktail, infused with orange and rosemary.

Serves 2

  • 10 oz sparkling water or club soda

  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 1/2 an orange)

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • thinly sliced oranges for garnish

  1. Fill two glasses with ice cubes (preferable made from filtered water) and fresh rosemary sprigs. Set aside.

  2. Wash an orange. Then, using a sharp knife cut in half and juice 1/2 the orange (or enough to yield 1/4 cup). Pour the juice between the two glasses.

  3. Pour between the sparkling water between two glasses. Add the orange slices and stir gently with a straw or stirring rod. Enjoy!
