BREAKFAST FORMULA FOR BALANCED HORMONES
1. 20-30 grams protein
2. Add 1-2 fiber sources — veggies, fruit, seeds, etc
3. 1-2 servings healthy fats
4. Add carbs — the amount will vary depending on your activity level and state of insulin sensitivity. I find most people have success with fiber-rich carbs and keep the carb grams close to pr a little less than protein grams.
