This whipped goat cheese fig toast is made with cranberry walnut bread and topped with honey and chopped walnuts for a warm and sweet breakfast or snack.
Toast of choice (cranberry walnut from Whole Foods or CocoBakes gluten-free fruit and nut)
4 oz goat cheese or cottage cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1–2 tbsp honey
Fresh figs
Chopped walnuts
Honey or hot honey
Flaky sea salt
In a small bowl, blend together goat cheese, Greek yogurt and honey.
Toast your bread and spread with the whipped goat cheese and slices of the fresh figs. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with walnuts and flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
