A cozy and creamy homemade pumpkin spice latte that’s lower in sugar and free from unnecessary additives, perfect for a fall treat.
1 cup plant-based milk (I like cashew)
2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1–3 teaspoons maple syrup
hot brewed coffee or Teeccino dark roast (or 2 shots espresso)
Heat the milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup on the stove until it starts to simmer.
Add the warm liquid to a blender with the coffee or Teeccino.
Blend for one minute until frothy. You can also combine the ingredients in the pan you heated the milk in and use a handheld frother.
Double or triple the batch of milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup, and store it in the fridge for up to a week!
