A homemade version of Erewhon Strawberry Probiotic Smoothie but made more blood-sugar friendly. This delicious and gut-healthy smoothie is low in sugar and packs in 40 grams of protein.
1 cup (about 6) strawberries
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Truvani)
1/3 cup coconut yogurt (I used Harmless Harvest unsweetened)
1 serving collagen peptides
1 cup almond milk, plus more as needed
Blend all of the smoothie ingredients until smooth. Pour into the glass and enjoy!
