In other news, I just started by Dietetic Internship in combination with getting my masters degree in Nutrition Therapy Monday! It will be a busy year for me but next August I will have graduated, completed my internship and be ready to pass the test to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist! After completion, I plan on getting continuing my education in holistic nutrition and pursing my dream of working with individuals to restore radiance, achieve balance in all aspects of life.


Sparkling Orange Rosemary Water

A fizzy non-alcoholic cocktail, infused with orange and rosemary.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz sparkling water or club soda

  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 1/2 an orange)

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • thinly sliced oranges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill two glasses with ice cubes (preferable made from filtered water) and fresh rosemary sprigs. Set aside.

  2. Wash an orange. Then, using a sharp knife cut in half and juice 1/2 the orange (or enough to yield 1/4 cup). Pour the juice between the two glasses.

  3. Pour between the sparkling water between two glasses. Add the orange slices and stir gently with a straw or stirring rod. Enjoy!
