I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition Therapy who is passionate about holistic nutrition and finding balance in all aspect of life. I believe nutritious food is the foundation of living whole and feeling your absolute best. I hope to encourage you to embrace a wholesome lifestyle by sharing recipes, nutrition tips and showing you just how simple and delicious a healthy lifestyle can be!
I have a passion for healthy eating and practicing a balanced lifestyle. I love to experiment in the kitchen, especially with baking! Just being in the kitchen is my stress relief. Along with my passion for healthy food, I also have a passion for exercise. I’m a certified spin instructor but also love running and yoga.
My goal for Nourished by Nutrition is to share my enthusiasm for healthy eating and nutrition with others, showing everyone just how simple and delicious it can be! I hope that by sharing my recipes, nutrition information and advice, I’ll be able to make connection and gain a following so that I can share my passion with a broad range of people and inspire others to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

In this blog you will find plant-based recipes, most of which can be classified as vegan. The recipes are also easy and relatively quick. I will provide dietary modification suggestions and alternative that seem fit. My hope is to give you inspiration to get in the kitchen and to look forward to nourishing your body with the best ingredients possible – real food.
Food and nutrition is an ongoing field of research, but thankfully I love learning about it! I’ll do my best to stay up-to-date with all the new research and latest trends. However, because of my upbringing, I’ll always turn back to my strong foundation that supports a wholesome plant-centered diet consisting of mainly vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, nut and seeds.
